Abstract:
The goal of the proposed research was to determine the effectiveness of the different solutions of enrofloxaciny used in chickens flocks at first days of the life. As the material of the research served chickens of one day age, from which were collected the samples of faeces to define the composition of the bacterial flora and the number of colonies before administration of the 149 solutions of enrofloxacin and after 5 days course of treatment with administration in drinking water. According to the intensity of the growth of bacterial colonies and they numbers was established that 10% oral solutions of enrofloxaciny used in chicken’s folks during first 5 days of the life had a varied bactericide activity. A highest bactericide effect with a lower number of bacterial colonies after the treatment course was established in groups of chickens which received solution of entofloxaciny Agro 1, followed by solutions De1 and De2.
