Abstract:
A study was carried out in the southern zone of Moldova Republic to evaluate the influence of gibberelic acid (GA3) and girdling on the productivity of vines and quality of berries. It was established that the treatment of inflorescence of the seedless grape variety Black Emerald by biological active substances - gibberelic acid (GA3) leads to increase in the size and weight of clusters and berries, productivity of vines and grape quality. We have established that for seedless grape variety Black Emerald optimal concentration of GA3 in phases of postfertilisation is GA3-100 ppm. At the same time, girdling, does not increase the yield of vines, but stimulates the accumulation of sugars in the berries and obtaining earliest (7 – 10 days) of the grapes.
