Abstract:
Although it is situated in the geographical center of the richest world continent, Europe, the Republic of Moldova could be classified as an agrarian country with a preponderantly rural population and with extremely low revenue per inhabitant. Unfortunately, it is a sad but an objective fact because it totally reflects the reality.
