Abstract:
In the investigation trey were taken three trunks of Pleurotus HK35, 5A, 22P cultivated on the nutritive substrata like wheat straws (test) and rinds of sunflower. The prepartion process of the substratum was made under the thermic disinfection method at 90oC during an hour and at 80oC for two hours. The phenologic observation were effectuated on the development and growing activity of the mycellium in the substratum, on the formation and maturation of the briquettes. Productivity different trunks is studied also depending on used nutritive substrata.
