Abstract:
This article is dedicated to the efficient use of labor remuneration fund in agricultural enterprises in Moldova. There are reflected the forms of remuneration according to several criteria. In the same time there is determined the influence of the wages of workers in agriculture, there is also performed the factor analysis of the consumption according to the article "The Wages" in the production of fruits and berries during the years 2011-2012.
