The complex parasitoids of the mine moth Cameraria ohridella
Deschka - Dimić, pest for wild chestnut Aesculus hippocastanum L Parasitism – biological
factor, helps to control phytophagous insect populations and plays and important role in the biocenosis balance. Within the ecosystem represented by wild chestnut, whose foliar
coverage is harmed by the leaf mine moth Cameraria ochridella, were identified 16
hymenoptera species on the larvaes and pupaes with an relatively low effect (4-6%), hardly of 10%. The most effective wasp parasite species were identified the following:
Microtetrastichus frontalis, Pnigalio pectinicornis and P. agraules.
