dc.description.abstract It was investigated the influence of the locus kappa-cazeine on the milk technological proprieties of differen breeds of domestic animals (bovines, sheep, goat). In the presented system it was observed the superiority of animals which produce milk containing the genetical variant BB having the shortest duration during the test. en_US
