Abstract:
Failures of the Republic of Moldova in agricultural development are the consequences of the lack of scientifically justified economic policy of the creation of production capacity of the agricultural products and of the domestic agricultural producer protection. The winemaking complex is a functional subset of the national economy; it has a significant impact on the social, economic, ecological aspects. The winemaking complex includes not only economic agents, but also contributes directly to a better quality of life. The production of the agricultural sector, grapes during technological processing chain, doubles its value; it cannot be artificially created and synthesized as other raw materials. For these reasons the problem of developing the wine sector has become actual.
