Abstract:
Modificarea motivaţiei şi stimulării muncii în agricultură Labor motivation in agriculture is a social and economic category, a totality of principles regarding the quantitative and qualitative measurement of labor, of the forms and methods of employees stimulation from all kinds of agricultural enterprises. This article is dedicated to the problems coming out from the restructuring of the agricultural sector concerning the modification of labor motivation.
