Abstract:
Bioorganic compounds are included in the composition of reproductive cells predominantly in the form of high molecular biocomplexes. Recent years studies show that this sialidase in association with the plasma membrane has important physiological significance for the cell. This enzyme is located on the plasma membrane not randomly, but in certain areas, called domains, which are membrane invaginations enriched in glycosphingolipids and kaviolin, and are resistant to non-ionic detergent X-100 treatment. Microdomains are extremely rich in various kinases and play an important role in cell physiology.
