Metodologia reglementării relaţiilor funciare agrare în Republica Moldova

Abstract

In the present study, the author proposes to discuss an important theoretical problem concerning the agricultural land relations and namely the methodology of land relations regulation in the Republic of Moldova. The problem is addressed in terms of objectivity of land relations, including the agricultural ones. The regulation of land relations is nothing but the intervention of human (anthropogenic) factor in land relations. On the basis of concrete examples the author formulates the idea of influencing the land relations by establishing a methodical - methodological space of analysis and discussions.
