Abstract:
The development of viticulture and winemaking in Moldova is regulated by the basic document - the Law of grapes and wine, as well as Government regulation 1313/2002 about the development of the industry for the period 2002-2020 years. At the same time, the viticulture and winemaking has a different level of development, especially after the embargo on wine in 2006 and 2013 The Government of Moldova and the Ministry of Agriculture are taking various measures to improve the state of the industry.
