Abstract:
In our opinion, the sustainable development of the agriculture and rural areas in Republic of Moldova is generally conditioned by a number of factors including human resources with a high level of qualification and profesional training, occupies, a priority place. Considering the actual development level and capitalization of agricultural enterprises in rural areas of Republic of Moldova, that forces them to a direct confrontation with Western partners beeing much better positioned, both in terms of existing facilities as also the necessary human and financial resources, we are forced to constat and to act in reducing these gaps.
