Abstract:
Experience proves that the value of land, including the value of agricultural land, is intimately connected to life conditions in the rural areas, as well as to the socio-economic and political situation. In an agricultural country as Moldova, the agricultural land is the greatest natural wealth. This fact implies a number of conditions, obligations, rules which later turn into a legal framework and even into traditions of the people. In this context, it is important to know, for as long as possible, the dynamics of agricultural land value in correlation to factors that influence it. This study includes a detailed long-term analysis of the dynamics of the market value of agricultural land.
