Abstract:
This article includes the results of experimental investigations in order to assess the comparative immunological efficacy of different vaccines strains used in the immunization against infectious avian bronchitis. Currently, there is a tendency to develop large production of substances and biologically active products from microorganisms or their products, such as premixes and growth stimulators, which are used to increase body mass, immunity, physiological indices and specific resistance of the organism. As a biologically active product and as a duality of immunocorrector it was used the protein mushroom biomass. Data presented in this study confirmed the low post-vaccination immunological efficacy was recorded in the chicken group which was vaccinated at the age of one day old only with vaccine while the best results of the immune stimulatory effect was that of vaccines which were administered in combination with the protein mushroom biomass. For vaccination were used vaccine strains: “H-120”, and “Ma5+Clon30”, which were administrated by spray and drenching water methods.
