Scopul cercetărilor de faţă constă în evaluarea efectului preparatului Agrocid Super asupra principalilor indici de producţie la creşterea puilor de carne. Experienţele s-au efectuat pe 2 loturi(martor şi experimental a câte 28 560 de puibrolierRos-308, pe parcursul a 50de zile. Preparatul Agrocid Super, ce conţine acizi organici(acetic, lactic, propionic şiformic)s-a administrat cu apa de băut încantitate de 0,5 g/l înprimele zile de viaţă ale puilor; la vârsta de 10-15 zile;26-31zile şi înultima săptămînăînainte de sacrificare. În urma analizei rezultatelor obţinute s-a constatat o reducere a morbidităţii la puii din lotul experimental la nivelde 8% faţă de10,7% la cel martor, procentul letalităţii a constituit 4,94% (lotexperimental) şi 5, 2% (lot martor).La vârsta de 42 de zile puii, care au primitacidifiant, au atins o greutate corporală cu 80 g mai mare faţă de puii lotului martor. S-a înregistrat o tendinţă de creştere a indicilor biochimici şi hematologici ca urmare a intensificării proceselor metabolice.
The purpose of our researches consists in evaluating the effect of the acidulant Agrocid super on the main productive indices of meat chickens. The investigations were conducted on 2 groups of chickens (a control group and an experimental group, each of 28,560 Ros-308 broiler chickens, during a period of 50 days). The preparation Agrocid super, containing organic acids (acetic, lactic, propionic and formic acids) was administered in drinkingwater at a concentrationof 0.5 g/l inthe first days oflife,at the age of 10 – 15; 26- 31 days and in the last week before slaughtering (45-50 days). The analysis of the obtained results showed the following findings: reduced morbidityof chickensfrom the experimental group - 8% compared to 10.7% (control group). The lethality rate constituted 4.94% (experimental group) and 5.2% (control group). At the age of 42 days the chickens which received acidulant reached a body weight by 80g higher compared to control group. Also, some hematological and biochemical indicestended to increase because of the intensification of metabolic processes.
