Abstract:
Dezvoltarea cercetărilor știinţifice in condiţiile aplicării Acordului de asociere intre Republica Moldova și Uniunea Europeană. Oamenii sunt tot mai conștienți de necesitatea formării unei societăți bazate pe cunoaștere. Orice țară, pentru a deveni prosperă, trebuie să dezvolte armonios cercetarea științifică, să promoveze creativitatea și să angajeze mai multe persoane în activitatea inovativă. Funcționalitatea sistemului economic al țării noastre, adesea marcată de incertitudine și risc, uneori chiar ostilitate, depinde, în mod esențial, de cercetarea științifică și rezultatele ei. Acest articol abordează situația din domeniul cercetării, problemele cu care se confruntă comunitatea științifică din țara noastră în procesul de aplicare a Acordului de Asociere оntre Republica Moldova și Uniunea Europeană.
Reflections on the Development of Scientific Research in the Conditions of Application of the Association Agreement between the Republic of Moldova and the European Union. People are increasingly aware of the necessity of forming a society based on knowledge. Any country that wants to prosper must develop harmoniously scientific research, promote creativity and engage more people in innovative activity, to ensure the best science results and penetration of new ideas in all areas of human activity. The functionality of the economic system of our country, often marked by dynamism, uncertainty and risk, sometimes even hostility, depends on, crucially, the scientific research. The article addresses the situation in research, the problems faced by scientific community in our country and the development of scientific research in terms of applying the Association Agreement between the Republic of Moldova and the European Union.
