Abstract:
Recent actions taken by the Republic of Moldova in order to create a favorable business environment is just the beginning of a range of positive changes at national level. These continuous actions aimed at increasing the credibility of the regulatory reform in Moldova will open the way to a safer business environment. Currently one of the most important levers of influence on the economic growth in the country is the legal framework.
