Abstract:
The study, through its content, proposes to discuss a number of current issues concerning the agricultural land relations of the Republic of Moldova. At present, Moldova agriculture is a derivative resulting from the activities designed to reform the agricultural economy as a whole, which were initiated in 1990 and which greatly influenced its main element – ownership of agricultural assets, including land property. There is a period of 20 years since the beginning of the economic reform thats why we are already able to analyze successes and failures in the development of agriculture. Unfortunately, there have been noticed more failures than successes. Generally, this period can be devided in two stages: the period of privatization and post-privatization. In their conclusions, the authors propose their opinions regarding the discussed problem, conceptually, the possible consequences and respectively the method (directions) to solve it.
