Abstract:
The policy of income and wages is an integral part of the economic and social policy of the state. State regulation of income and wages is carried out through the legislative establishment of the level of social guarantees, the formation of taxation and social security systems corresponding to the economic situation, which determine the mechanism for the redistribution of income.
